The Lamp Installation Device is a module that has been specially designed for direct installation in lamps in terms of housing and technical data. With the relay outputs 2 lighting circuits can be switched. In addition, an emergency operation function is integrated (see DIP switch function). The inputs can be queried via the subnet. The output relays are designed as changeover contacts, i.e. the circuit is closed or opened in the event of a voltage failure.
Operating voltage | 12V to 35V DC or 12V to 27V AC |
Current consumption |
max. 150mA at 35V and full load of the outputs max. 250mA at 12V and full load of the outputs |
Inputs | 2x 12-48V AC/DC, input current per input 5mA at 24V |
Outputs |
2x relay contact 250V AC (DC max. 25V!) load capacity: pure ohm's 10A incandescent lamps 10A fluorescent lamps uncompensated 6A fluorescent lamps compensated 4A low voltage halogen via transformer 10A phase motor 0.55kW ECGs manufacturer-dependent, inrush current 100A < 20ms !! The inrush current of electronic ballasts is up to 100 times the nominal current !! minimum contact load: 500mW, min. 10V, min. 5mA |
Subnet (RS-485) | max. 5.6V limitation by Z-diodes |
Connection | screw terminals 2.5mm², spring type terminals 2x 0.25 - 0.75mm² |

Protection | in not installed state IP20 |
10-pole DIP switch for setting the ISYGLT BUS address (0-127) and emergency function is located on the side of the module. DIP switch 1 is intended for the emergency function, DIP switches 2 to 8 are used for the ISYGLT address. DIP switches 9 and 10 are not addressed at this module and remain OFF.
DIP-1 | Setting | Meaning | |||
---|---|---|---|---|---|
OFF | Standard | BUS works | The inputs are read in by the BUS and have no effect on the outputs. | ||
BUS does not work | The inputs remain as they were until the BUS works again. | ||||
ON | Emergency operation | BUS works | If input E1 is set, output A1 is switched on, but the input is still forwarded to the BUS. If input E2 is set, output A2 is switched on, but the input is still forwarded to the BUS. If input E1 is reset, output A1 is switched by the BUS, but the input is still forwarded to the BUS. If input E2 is reset, output A2 is switched by the BUS, but the input is still forwarded to the BUS. | ||
BUS does not work | If input E1 is set, output A1 is switched on. If input E2 is set, output A2 is switched on. If input E1 is reset, output A1 is reset. If input E2 is reset, output A2 is reset. |
LED | Designation | State | Meaning |
---|---|---|---|
red | POWER | Off | No operating voltage |
On | Operating voltage, no error | ||
yellow | BUS | Off / On | Error BUS |
blinking | Interference-free data transmission via the BUS line |
