The KU'KO: a central meeting place for culture, knowledge and experiences in Bavaria

All halls and conference rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with the latest technology, and filled with natural light. The sophisticated combination of high-quality event technology and variable seating required precise planning and execution. Our ISYGLT control components have ensured maximum reliability and functionality since 1997.
Expertise in lighting control for events and conferences
As part of the modernisation, the event halls were equipped with innovative LED lighting, consisting of 4 tunable white COB LEDs in 1800, 2700, 4000 and 5000K. These allow for the individual selection of warm, neutral or cool lighting moods – both for individual rooms and in combination.
A special highlight: with the ISYGLT Dimmer LED-04B-ANA-DMX – the most powerful in its class – the lighting can be dimmed continuously and as required during ongoing events. The result is a flicker-free, camera-compatible light image that meets both technical and aesthetic requirements. The precise coordination between luminaires and dimmers placed the highest demands on system integration.
Control is either via the stage control system or via the existing lighting and blind control panels, which could be reused in their existing form.
Intelligent shading control for an optimal room atmosphere
The shading systems were programmed to operate synchronously despite their different dimensions. This ensures uniform movement that meets the high standards of a convention center. The SMI drives used are controlled by our new ISYGLT SMI-16B module. In the four event halls, which can be combined as needed, we installed four SMI-16B modules, that have been operating reliably ever since.
